Application

Features
1. The fluidized bed has a circular structure to avoid dead corners.
2. The hopper is set with stirring function to avoid the formation of gully flow when the wet material is agglomerated and dried.
3. The use of tipping unloading, convenient, rapid, and thorough, can also be designed according to the requirements of automatic material in and out system.
4. Closed negative pressure operation, airflow through filtration. Easy to operate, easy to clean, is in line with the GMP requirements of the ideal equipment.
5. The drying speed is fast, and the temperature is uniform. The drying time of each batch is 20-30 minutes.
Working principle
After the air is heated and purified, it is imported from the lower part by the induced draft fan and passes through the hole plate of the hopper. In the working room, after stirring and negative pressure action to form fluidization, water quickly evaporates with the exhaust away, the material is quickly dried.
