Product Description
QKL101 unit is specially designed for chocolate coating. The chocolate slurry has high viscosity and is easy to solidify at low temperature, so it is difficult to use. This set of equipment introduced by our company can not only make chocolate dissolve and flow at appropriate temperature, enter the spray gun for atomization, uniformly adhere to the surface of Masterbatch, but also make the chocolate liquid attached to the masterbatch quickly in low temperature environment The product quality and production efficiency of the unit are good. Prolong the service life of the equipment and reduce the production cost.
Working principle

 

 The QKL101 chocolate coating system group is composed of coating machine, chocolate sprayer and air cooler. Its main function is to deliver chocolate liquid to the coating pot through the heat preservation pipeline system after being pressurized by the atomization pump, and spray chocolate liquid on the surface of different shapes of coating masterbatch in the coating pot. Because the coating pot is constantly rotating, the chocolate liquid on the master batch surface is stirred evenly, and then the cold air sent by the refrigeration system quickly solidifies the chocolate liquid on the master batch surface. After repeated spraying, stirring and curing for many times, a layer of chocolate is formed on the surface of the master batch. After polishing, the chocolate candy of various shapes and colors is formed.
