Introduction:
Model MDGZ Fluid Bed Processor is an equipment which Combines drying,granulating, coating, making pellets and blending functions. It is an important process equipment for production of solid preparations in the pharmaceutical industry. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, foodstuff and chemical industries.
Working Principle:
The system is equipped with an inlet and exhaust system, a filtration system, a liquid supply system, a top spray, a bottom spray, and a tangential spray(side spray) system. The top spraying is for granulation; The bottom spraying is for coating; the tangential spraying is for making pellets. The above functions are all realized in one equipment. Users can select the required function according to the actual production process.
