YGS servo-driven linear liquid vial filling machine adopts 316L stainless steel plunger metering pump for filling. According to the actual production volume, different filling heads can be selected.
- Plunger type metering pump is used for filling, servo drive, man-machine interface to adjust the filling volume, suitable for various viscous liquids, with high precision;
- The structure of the pump adopts a quick-connect disassembly mechanism, which is convenient for dry cleaning and disinfection;
- Online CIP/SIP cleaning and sterilization system can be selected;
- Piston rings of plunger metering pumps are made of silicone rubber, tetrafluoroethylene or other materials according to different industries and liquid components, and ceramic materials are used for special occasions;
- The filling principle can also adopt amplitude pump, negative pressure type, weighing type, self-flow type, reflux defoaming type, etc.;
- The whole line PLC control system, frequency conversion speed regulation, high degree of automation;
- The filling needle is designed with an anti-drip device, which sneaks into the bottom of the bottle when filling, and rises slowly to prevent foaming;
