Product Description
(1)APPLICATION:
1. Process material: FM-PE,PE.
suitable for copper conductor skin-Foam-Skin physical foaming three layer co-extruded insulation precision extrusion;
2.This production line is composed of the Nitrogen injection machine for foaming,
the precise triple layer crosshead, and on-line testing device for capacitance and eccentricity.
It is mainly for making coaxial cable.
(2)FEATURES:
1. Max. Foaming degree: 75 %( PE data cable foaming degree can not exceed 50%; PE mini coaxial cable can not exceed 60%).
2.Testing online device: insulated out diameter, capacitance testing, concentricity testing and ZUNBACH control & monitor system.
3.The optimization design,of model large lenth diameter ratio of screw,with good foam,plastic completely etc.,
4.Extrusion products concentricity diameter tolerance of 95%,+/-0.008,capacitance +/-0.5; Temperature +/-1 degree.
