Planetary Ball Mill
Vertical planetary ball mill is a necessary device of high-tech materials mixing, fine grinding, sample making, new product development and small batch production. mill tank.
Planetary ball milling machine has four ball grinding tanks installed on one turnplate. When the turnplate rotates, the tank axis makes planetary movements and the balls in the tanks grinds and mixes samples in high speed movement. The product can smash and blend various products of different materials and granularity with dry or wet methods. Minimum granularity of grinded products can be as small as 0.1 micron (i.e.) 1.0×10-4mm)

Working Principle
Planetary Ball Mill has four ball grinding jars installed on one turntable. When the turntable rotates, the jar axis makes planetary movements, the balls and samples inside the jars are impacted strongly in high speed movement, and samples are eventually ground into powder. Various kinds of different materials can be ground by the mill with dry or wet method. Minimum granularity of ground powder can be as small as 0.1μm.

1.Q: I need a mill machine for lab use, what's your mini type?
A: The minimum type is 0.4L planetary ball mill, ModelXQM-0.4A in size of 53*30*34cm, machine weight 26kgs. We have other types from 1L to 100L for your options.
2.Q: What is your terms of delivery?
A: FOB, CFR, CIF.
3.Q: Can you accept small quantity sample order before production?
A: Yes, we can offer sample for your testing first before production, but the customers have to pay the courier cost.
4.Q: What is your production time?
A: Generally, it will take 5 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
5.Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, 70% balance against the copy of original B/L. Or 100% L/C at sight. We'll show you the photos of the products and the copy of original B/L before you pay the balance.
