1.Plastic crusher/shredder
Crushing with water, special design rotor and D2 material blades for long time use.
2. High speed friction washer
By it's strong friction force, it could remove the impurities like glue,soil,earth,etc.
3. Cold floating tank:
To sinking the dirt like stone, mud, metals and forwarder the film to deep wash.
4. Film Squeezer
To dry the wet film with screw pressure.
Application:
(1) Raw material:PE agriculture film, LDPE bags, LLDPE shopping bags, beverage bags, PP woven bags, and some other soft material etc…
(2) Main process of the washing line:Crushing, Washing, Drying
(3) Capacity :200kg/h - 2000kg/h.
(4) Final flakes: dry with humidity below 3%.
(5) Processing by: wet crushing, friction washing, cold floating tank washing, squeezing drying.
(6) Contimination-impurity: sand,earth,stone,mud,soil,metal,glue,sticker,etc.
