Processing quality control:

Control the size precisely, make self-inspection on each tooling spare parts in according to the requirements of drawing size and tolerance limits control. Only pass the inspection, can the spare parts delivered to the next working step. It is not allowed to make previous wrong work pieces inflow to the next tooling steps. For CNC milling, it needs strict auditing for procedures before tooling. After tooling, we will check up and control the precision by 3D coordinate measures. We have many measures: professional tooling technology training and machine maintenance; self-inspection of tooling workpiece and acceptance check made by quality department; rational work shifts system and tooling control system.

Quality inspection of plastic moulds installation:
Make complete inspection on Plastic Moulds to ensure the structure consistence and spare parts standardized. Project manager and QC people should all take part in Plastic Moulds inspection under the company standard, and make sure the product quality. If mistakes are found, they can be corrected promptly. In our labs, we do different test on high pressure injection, high speed injection, long time automatic running testing, and so on. QC department gives suggestions on the amendment and improvement for rejected product. Mold processing
After the confirmation of the mold drawing, start to make,including steel preparation, CNC rough machining, deep hole drilling, EDM, drilling machine, high-speed milling, finishing, assembly, etc.

Plastic mold design &test
Testing of plastic moulds:
To a certain extent, we test the mold only to find out the problems existing in the mold, not to solve them. Therefore, the mold test is divided into several steps, including empty running, high pressure holding, high-speed injection and related long-time mold running detection.
We'll test the mould again after polishing,then send customer the final sample and video of mould test to confirm.

The machine operators with strong responsibilities, then the mold components can be precise enough to meet the drawings tolerance requirements. Here the responsibilities are indicated by careful steel installation, rigorous machining process following and rigorous dimension controlling during and after the machining. -Mold components dimension controlling after the machining. During the Manufacturing, the cavities, cores and other mold components, after the machining, they need serious dimension controlling. CAM team is responsible to be sure that all the dimensions are according with the drawings.

Mould Shipment Details
- Quality inspection of plastic mold installation:
Complete inspection of plastic mold to ensure the continuity of mold structure and the standard of parts. The project manager and quality inspection personnel shall inspect the plastic mould according to the company's standard, so as to ensure the quality of the products. Once the problem is found, it can be corrected immediately, and effectively prevent the occurrence of errors. In addition, we continuously test the cooling system, hydraulic oil duct system and hot runner system of plastic mold
Checking before mould delivery
1. After confirming the sample of customer, our manager will inform our team leader to check the mould. Including the 3d mould design, customer's requirements and mould trial problem.
2. Our inspector will according the files above to check the mould.
3. If our customer need the water channel drawings and oil channel drawings, we will print for you, of course we could provide mould water transport pictures.
4. After all the detailed checking no question, then we will inform our team leader to packing the mould.
