·Equipment Description

The plough dryer is mainly composed of the body structure of the drying machine, power components, plough mixing components and dust collection (primary dust collector), dust collection is an independent structure.
 
The body and the dust collecting cylinder are equipped with a jacket and insulation, and the jacket is heated by high temperature media (mainly high temperature steam or high temperature heat-conducting oil) circulating in the inner cavity.
 
· Equipment Introduction

The speed is controlled by a frequency converter after the first deceleration of the reducer.
The working axis in the cylinder adopts a staggered plough + scraper structure. The gap between the cylinder and the body is adjustable from 5 to 10 mm.
 
Combined with secondary dust collection equipment, vacuum equipment, cooling and heat exchange equipment, liquid collection equipment, vapour-water separation equipment and heating equipment, etc., the machine can be configured accordingly according to user requirements. It is suitable for drying a wide range of materials.

· Principle of Operation

The barrel of the drying machine is jacketed and insulated. When the material containing a certain amount of moisture enters the equipment, the moving parts of the equipment run to drive the multiple groups of staggered plough stirrers installed on the main shaft and the rotating scrapers set on both sides of the barrel plate, which make the material in the barrel produce uninterrupted whirlpool centrifugal force and constantly overlap and turn over. At the same time, it is structured in such a way as to avoid the problem of dead ends. When the external vacuum device and the heating device are in operation, the high temperature medium in the jacket circulates so that the temperature of the material inside the cylinder rises gradually. Under the influence of the external vacuum system, the inner cylinder eventually forms a high temperature vacuum environment. The vacuum state can reduce the vaporization temperature of the water in the material, so that the water inside the material diffuses to the surface through the pressure difference or concentration difference. The water molecules gain enough kinetic energy on the surface of the material. After overcoming the inter-molecular attraction, the water molecules escape to the low pressure air in the vacuum chamber to accelerate dehydration in order to achieve the purpose of drying.
 
Design Highlights
1The equipment has a medium loading capacity, good mixing ability and stable performance.
2The plough cutter head is made of PTFE, which has excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance, high lubrication and non-stick, electrical insulation and good anti-aging ability.
3The plough drying plant has an additional jacket design which complies with pressure vessel production standards. Cooling and heating of the material is achieved by filling the jacket with hot and cold media.
4The equipment has a large reproduction factor. Its energy consumption is low and the speed of the knife is adjustable. The workefficiency is high.
5The seal is a water-cooled set of inflatable dry grinding mechanical seal, which effectively blocks the flow of air and powder inside and outside the cylinder.
6The flap valve is pneumatically operated and is flush with the inner wall of the barrel. No material build-up or mixing dead space. The reliable side strip seal ensures no leakage during frequent opening and closing.
7The flap valve is equipped with a blowing device which ensures the required cleanliness of the sealing surface of the valve plate, thus reducing the intensity of manual cleaning. According to the requirements of material performance, multiple groups of flying knife motors are added to speed up the diffusion and mixing and prevent material caking.
8The equipment system is closed and equipped with a dust removal system, vacuum system and drying system to avoid spillage of dust or toxic substances causing pollution.
