Product application

This multi-layers hot press machine can be used for making melamine paper laminating on plywood. It can be also used for veneer laminated on plywood, or melamine paper laminated on plywood. The press machine could have multi-functions depend on how you will use it. You can get various surface designs by different press plates such as glossy, matt, suede, wood-grain etc. 

Equipment list

This machine uses welded frame structure. Press body composed of fixed table, slider, upper beam etc other components. Girder is made of high quality steel welding, the main parts are made of carbon dioxide gas arc welding. Aging treatment after welding to eliminate stress of welding beam guarantee rigidity and precision, with function of guide and balance when hot plate movement, to prevent heating plate from dislocating. - The machine has sufficient rigidity and strength, compact structure, beautiful appearance. - The cylinder, piston rod adopts # 45 steel, IF quenching treatment done on surface to ensure the hardness. Cylinder seals used is high quality domestic seals.

Hydraulic system

- The hydraulic control system placed in the right side of the machine, convenient to maintenance and movement.

- Hydraulic system adopts integrated valve block system to achieve big flow, high accuracy. Simple and compact structure make the machine flexible and stable. The system is outfitted with overload protection device to avoid EHV damage, increase the flexibility of the connecting pipe, reduce oil leaks, and easy maintenance. Oil tank equipped with filter inside, the power system has filtration system.

- The adoption of domestic quality valve members and the using high-pressure piston pump allow pressure automatic compensation. ensure pressure consistency. 

- Cleaning the oil cylinder benefits from the design of oil return, partition absorption. Pump inlet designed with a large flow oil filter to ensure reliable operation of the valve member. 

- The pressure is controlled by a pressure sensor, text-screen display. 

- 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil is recommended.

Hot platens

- Made of high-quality steel, tempering treatment. Specifications t = 50 × 1350mm × 2700mm, 26 pcs in total, each daylight 80mm. 

- The heating plate flatness ≤0.1mm / m, gap between platens after close ≤0.2mm, after pressure up ≤0.1mm. 

- The heating plate designed with double inlet and outlet, hold diameter: φ25, the holes are arranged uniformly, ensuring uniform temperature on platens, temperature difference ± 5 ºC.
