Working principle of positive pressure dilute phase pneumatic conveying

The positive pressure dilute phase pneumatic conveying system uses a fan installed at the starting point of the conveying system to pass positive pressure air above atmospheric pressure into the feeder device. The material is added from the hopper and enters the feeder for quantitative feeding under the action of gravity. The material and gas are transported through the conveying pipeline to the separator or storage bin at the end point. After material and gas separation, the air is filtered and discharged into the atmosphere.
