Product Introduction
The Turret Milling Machine, also known as the Rocker Arm Milling Machine or Universal Milling Machine, boasts a compact structure, small footprint, and exceptional versatility. Its milling head can swivel 90 degrees, both left and right, and rotate 45 degrees front and back. Additionally, the extendable rocker arm can pivot 360 degrees horizontally, significantly expanding the machine's effective working range.
Construction
Crafted from premium-grade cast iron, the universal radial milling machine's body is built for precision and durability, enhanced through artificial aging treatment. The lifting platform features rectangular guide rails with numerous contact surfaces and robust feet. High-frequency treatment and fine grinding ensure the slide's motion accuracy and longevity, further enhanced by plastination. The spindle, made from chrome-molybdenum alloy, incorporates precision angular contact bearings and undergoes tempering and fine grinding for superior cutting force and high precision.
Applications
The Turret Milling Machine is a versatile, lightweight metal cutting machine capable of both vertical and horizontal milling. It can efficiently mill flat surfaces, inclines, grooves, and splines of medium and small parts. Its broad applicability extends to machining, mold making, instrumentation, and various other industries.
Constructed from m Mihanna cast iron, the machine offers excellent rigidity, stability, and resistance to deformation.
The main spindle, crafted from chrome-molybdenum alloy, undergoes tempering, heat treatment, and grinding. Combined with precision bearings, it delivers powerful cutting force and exceptional precision.
The milling head gearbox, made of cast iron, provides excellent rigidity and low deformation, ensuring accurate cutting and enhanced durability.
The screw cap on the three-axis screw is fabricated from advanced phosphor bronze, offering superior wear resistance and extended service life.
The XY-axis slide, treated with high-wave heat treatment, exhibits good wear resistance and increased service life. The imported wear-resistant plates on the XY-axis interface ensure ease of operation, minimal wear rate, and durability.
Equipped with a lubrication system that ensures uniform oil distribution, the machine guarantees smooth slide operation.
The machine weighs 100 kg more than similar products, providing added stability.
Powered by a robust 5hp motor, the machine features a high-rigidity and precision NT40 spindle, making it ideal for large parts and heavy-duty cutting.
