Product Introduction
The Turret milling machine, also known as the rocker arm milling machine or universal milling machine, boasts a compact structure, small footprint, and exceptional flexibility. Its milling head rotates 90 degrees and can tilt 45 degrees both forward and backward. The versatile rocker arm extends and rotates 360 degrees on the horizontal plane, significantly expanding the machine's effective working range.

Crafted from high-grade cast iron, the body of the universal radial milling machine ensures high precision and longevity, thanks to artificial aging treatment. The rectangular guide rails on the lifting platform provide multiple contact surfaces and robust support. High-frequency treatment and fine grinding enhance the slide's motion accuracy and durability. The spindle, made of chrome-molybdenum alloy, features precision angular contact bearings, offering strong cutting force and high accuracy after tempering and fine grinding.
Use
The Turret milling machine is a versatile, lightweight metal cutting machine with both vertical and horizontal milling capabilities. The casting is made from Mihanna cast iron, providing excellent rigidity, stability, and resistance to deformation.
The main shaft, fabricated from chrome-molybdenum alloy and treated with tempering and heat treatment, is combined with precision bearings, delivering strong cutting force and superior accuracy.
The milling head gearbox, constructed from cast iron, offers superior rigidity, minimal deformation, and substantial weight, allowing for more precise cutting and increased durability.
The three-axis screw is fitted with an advanced phosphorus bronze screw cap, ensuring wear resistance and extended service life.
The XY shaft slides undergo high-frequency heat treatment for excellent wear resistance, enhancing service life. An imported wear-resistant plate on the XY axis interface ensures ease of operation and durability with a low wear rate.
Equipped with a lubrication system, the machine ensures uniformly distributed oil points for smooth slide operation.
