The turret milling machine, also known as a rocker arm milling machine or universal milling machine, boasts a compact structure, small footprint, and exceptional flexibility. The milling head can swivel 90 degrees, rotate 45 degrees forwards and backwards, and the rocker arm can extend and rotate 360 degrees horizontally, significantly enhancing the machine tool's effective working range.
Construction
Crafted from premium cast iron, the body of the universal radial milling machine promises high precision and durability, thanks to artificial aging treatment. The lifting platform features rectangular guide rails with numerous contact surfaces and rigid feet. High frequency treatment and fine grinding ensure the slide is plastinated for superb motion accuracy and longevity. The spindle, made from chrome-molybdenum alloy and equipped with precision angular contact bearings, undergoes tempering and fine grinding for robust cutting power and unmatched precision.
