Lithium Battery Powered Suspended Monorail Mining Locomotive is a kind of coal mine underground auxiliary transportation equipment, which uses lithium battery as power source, and the electric/oil pump drives the motor to drive the locomotive. Its running track adopts 1140E or 1140V I-beam of German industrial standard, which is flexibly fixed to the top of the tunnel by chains. The locomotive running load-bearing wheels are stuck in both sides of the I-beam, without derailment or falling off the track. The braking and parking are realized by clamping the track web by the brake spring. The action mode is failure braking, and the operation is safe and reliable. It can not only transport materials, personnel and equipment, but also complete the work of catching and lifting underground equipment. It is a kind of underground auxiliary transportation equipment system with low investment, convenient maintenance, multi-function and high efficiency.
Functional use
Equipped with 6T/8T/16T/24T/32T/48T lifting equiment, it can transport supporting materials, belts, cables and small equipment; equipped with corresponding containers, it can transport building materials and scattered spare parts;
Equipped with special lifting beams, it can transport and transfer large equipment such as hydraulic supports;
