RPS-710 has excellent function as a vulcanizing agent for natural rubber, diene synthetic rubber and butyl rubber, especially for chlorobutyl rubber. Its vulcanizate is better than the vulcanizate of sulfenamide and sulfur system. This product has multiple functions. It can also be used as a stabilizer, dispersant and plasticizer, and can also improve the adhesive properties of vulcanizates. This product can increase the curing temperature to 185-190 ºC when used in tires, and increase the curing efficiency by 30-40%. Due to its combined sulfur content of 28%, it can completely replace sulfur, dithiomorpholine (DTDM), and dithiocaprolactam (DTDC) in semi-effective and effective vulcanization formulation systems. This product releases active sulfur after heating, resulting in vulcanization. The vulcanizate does not bloom, and has high tensile strength and elongation, as well as high tensile strength and definite elongation stress.
