Polycarbonate PC Solid Compact Plastic Sheet Manufacturing Machine 

This line consists of main extruder, co-extruder, hydraulic filter, melting pump, T-die head, three roller calendars and other downstream parts, like cooling frame, haul off and cutter, which can continuously produce the embossed and frosted PC solid sheets.
 
This kind of embossed and frosted sheet is solid polycarbonate sheet with a texture on one surface. The purpose of texturing is to increase surface abrasion resistance, protect privacy, provide light diffusion, reduce light pollution.
