This oil is used in WINGS spinning equipment. Based on the particularity of the equipment, the oil is specially designed in terms of formula design and monomer selection. The permeability of the oil emulsion is improved to ensure that the oil can be quickly and evenly distributed on the fiber; the viscosity and concentration characteristics of the oil are adjusted to improve the adhesion of the oil, reduce oil splashing, reduce oil consumption, and ensure uniformity Oiling will help the subsequent weaving process go smoothly.

4. How to use:
Add 300-500ppm chemical fiber fungicide to the stirred deionized water (around 25-30°C), then slowly add the measured amount of PTFDY-600W oil agent, and continue stirring for 60 minutes to make it uniform. Emulsify and prepare spinning emulsion with target concentration for use.
Recommended concentration: 8-24%
Recommended oiling rate: 0.5-1.3%
5. Packaging and storage
1. Packed in plastic barrels (200KG) or tank container (1000L).
2. Store at room temperature indoors.
