Product Description
Bottle scraps spinning dope-dyed polyester staple fiber production line with daily output up to 30 tons.
The production line is composed of fore-spinning part and post-spinning part.
I. Fore-spinning Part
The complete set of equipments use PET bottle chips as raw material, which is heated and melted through screw extruders, then pressured to the spinning nozzle by metering pump after being pre-filtered, then spined by spinneret plate as well as introduced into the feed beater and delivered into filament-holding tank for the later process through oiling and collecting after cooling into shape.
II. Post-spinning Part
The complete set of equipments using spinning raw filament as raw material are the post-processing combination machine driven by variable frequency for drawing, winding, shaping, cutting and packaging.
Process flow: creel filament-guiding machine immersion trough No. 1 drawing machine water drawing groove No. 2 drawing machine steam heating box No. 3 drawing machine filament folding machine crimping conveyor sway machine shrink-setting machine traction tension machine cutting machine air conveying system packaging; the quantity of filament-holding barrel can be adjusted according to demand of production variety.
