This series are suitable for middle duty conveying. Advantages: Based on the B212/B213series design, covered with polypropylene(PP)tapered sleeve, abrasion resistance, low noise, shockproof, not influenced by change of temperature and climate. As sprocket made of Polyamide(popularly named Polymer Sprocket)as the driving element, the running noise is greatly lowed down compared with steel sprocket. Precision ball bearing polymer bearing housing, end cap form the bearing unit whlch is very important, it is not only for good looking but also further more for the smooth and quiet running. The covering of the end of rolIer, well dust proof and water splash proof in operation environment. Disadvantages:cause the material is polymer,it can' t be used in the high temperature environment.
1. Based on the 2224 Series, covered with grey polypropylene taper sleeve; abrasion resistant, low noise, shockproof.
2. Using the polyamide sprocket roller as the drive element reduces the running noise.
3. The bearing end cap consists of a precision ball bearing, a polymer housing and end cap seal. Combined they provide an attractive, smooth and quite running roller.
4. The design of the end cap protects the bearings by providing excellent resistance to dust and splashed water.
5. To avoid abrasion between the sprocket and chain, the angle between tapered rollers should not exceed 5°.
6. The weight of single items to be conveyed should not exceed 50kg.
7. Temperature range: -5ºC ~ 40ºC.

3) Can we combine many items size in one container in my first order?
Yes, it is ok. But the quantity of each ordered item should reach the MOQ for trail order.
4) What is the normal lead time ?
A. For inventory products, we will send goods to you within 7-10 work days after we receive the deposit.
B. For mass production, the delivery time is 25-28 days after we received the deposit
C.For OEM products, the delivery time is 30-35 work days after we receive the deposit.
