Processing/ Proceso de moldeo
Please preheat materials at 60~70ºCfor 6~10 hours before processing. Then mix fully the whole drum of POL and other additives according to the following table. Finally, respectively transfer POL and ISO to their corresponding tanks.
Antes del moldeo, todos los componentes deben estar en estado líquido. Las materias primas deben precalentarse a bajas temperaturas en un tanque de calefacción de 60-70 °C (generalmente 6-10 horas, dependiendo de la cantidad y el tamaño del volumen de envasado. Es que el tiempo de fusión es diferente) antes de su uso. Los aditivos agregados deben mezclarse completamente con el material poliol antes de su uso y luego colocarse en el tanque de material.
