The popping bead/popping boba/crispy wave/crystal ball/milk tea pearl production line was developed by Changzhou Jinma Packaging Co., Ltd. This equipment is the main forming equipment for the popping beads of milk tea drinks. The materials coming in from the preforming equipment are continuously processed in this equipment. The reaction eventually forms the finished pop-up beads.
Equipment components:
Feed port, U-shaped boiling tank, material screw conveyor, discharge port, multi-head gas boiling system, colloid replenishment system. The fully automatic bead blasting production line is reasonably designed and easy to operate. The entire production line is made of 304 stainless steel, and the produced popping beads have a beautiful and round shape with less waste. Poppa beads can be placed in hot and cold drinks such as milk tea, ice cream, and yogurt, and can also be used as cake decorations, fruit salads, etc. The production line includes boiling and forming equipment. This pop-up bead forming machine can be used for the continuous molding of cereal-based pop-up beads such as water chestnuts, red beans, oats, highland barley, coix seed, black rice, coconut meat, etc. It has the characteristics of small footprint, compact structure, high production efficiency, and easy cleaning. The machine is made of stainless steel and uses brand-name PLC electrical components for control to ensure stable and reliable operation.
The main ingredients and features of Blast Beads:
The popping beads have a smooth taste. Use the tip of your tongue or teeth to squeeze the popping beads, and the juice will spray out instantly, giving you a strong taste impact. Three liquids are needed to make explosive beads
1. Juice liquid.
2. Sodium alginate liquid, which is composed of sodium alginate and water. Used to wrap juice liquids.
3. Protective liquid, this liquid is mainly used to preserve the prepared popping beads.
