Main chord tube accurate dimensions is an key factor for whole mast quality. So we Adopt CNC Machine keep all mast sections in same dimension level, and use jig to inspect 10% among tubes !
CNC bending and CNC milling machine
Accurate dimension for every parts is the essential for whole Product quality. So we Adopt CNC machine for materials cutting, milling process, keep each semi parts in high quality level !
Strictly Quality Control as international standards ISO9001
Raw Materials, Semi finished materials QC:We have special management for the semi finished product warehouse . All the Semi products past inspection, then it can be delivery to the warehouse.
Welding Quality & Structure QC:Mast section, Cage or cabin, driving mechanism, wall tie ect. should be check for welding defects, dimensions after welding, Surface quality after welding, and installation test after welding.
Finished Parts QC: Dimension, plane surface, verticality, Assembly fit
Whole equipment factory running test: Each construction hoist must be take factory running test and a quality report provided before ex-factory.
