1. Are you factory manufacturer?
Yes, we're professional manufacturer, and we have our own factories.
2. Is there a requirement of minimun order quantity (MOQ) ?
Normaly 1000-3000pcs per shape / pattern. Some shapes are flexible and we can disscuss according to your needs.
3. Can you provide samples?
Sure, free for our sample in stock, and 100$ for customization. It's refundable in formal purchase.
4. How long is your delivery time?
For products in stock or normal shape with design, we can send out within 10 working days after receiving payment and confirmed sample or 20 working days with new packaging requests.
If not, normally it's 40-45 working days upon sample approval and LC / deposit received.
5. Do you accept OEM or customization?
Yes, welcome for your customized draft or sample.
6. What's your transportation?
Normaly by sea, also can follow your needs.
7. What's your payment terms?
Normaly T/T or L/C, 30% deposit and balance before shipment.
