Composition Structure
- Feeding System: It usually consists of a loader and a batching machine. The loader loads aggregates such as sand and gravel into the batching machine's hopper. The batching machine accurately batches aggregates of different specifications and measures them through an electronic scale.
- Mixing System: The core component is the drum mixer. The rotation of the drum makes the concrete raw materials tumble and mix inside to achieve uniform mixing. The mixing motor provides power to ensure that the drum rotates at the set speed.
- Measuring System: It includes measuring devices for aggregates, powders, water, and admixtures. Most of them use electronic scales or flow meters, etc., to accurately measure various raw materials and ensure the accuracy of the concrete mix ratio.
- Conveying System: There are belt conveyors and screw conveyors. The belt conveyor transports the batched aggregates from the batching machine into the mixer, and the screw conveyor is responsible for transporting powders such as cement from the powder silo to the mixer or the measuring device.
- Powder Storage System: Generally, there are cement silos and fly ash silos, which are used to store powders such as cement and fly ash. A dust collector is installed on the top of the silos to prevent dust pollution.
- Control System: The operation room is equipped with an operation console, where operators can centrally control and monitor all aspects of the mixing plant. The electrical control cabinet is installed with various electrical components and controllers to control and protect the equipment. It also includes load cells, level sensors, etc., which can monitor the working status and parameters of each system in real time.
- Auxiliary System: The pneumatic system provides power for pneumatic components and equipment. The water supply system includes a water tank, a water pump, etc., providing water for mixing. The cleaning system is used to clean equipment such as the mixer and the conveying pipeline to prevent the residue of concrete.

4. As the shipping period will take long time, how can you make sure the machine won't be broken?
Our machine is film wrapped, to make sure the machine can be delivered to our customer smoothly, we will use the steel wire to fix the machine with the container.

7. May i know which payment will be accepted by your company?
So far 100%T/T before shipment, and 30% deposit paid by T/T, balance paid by L/C are available.
8. About the after-sale service, how can you solve the problems occurred of your overseas customer in time?
The warranty of our machine is normally 12 months, during this period, we will arrange the international express immediately, to make sure the replace parts to be delivered as soon as possible.
9. After we placing an order, will you arrange the installation of the machine at present?
All the machines will be tested well before delivered, so almost of them can be used directly, also our machine are easy to be installed, if you customer needs our assistance, we will be pleased to arrange the installation, but all the cost will be be
charged by you.
