Description
LPC-P2 portable oil particle counter is an instrument specially developed for the detection of pollution levels in oil based on national and international standards such as GB /T 18854-2002 (ISO11171-1999). Suitable for hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, rock shale oil, transformer oil (insulating oil), turbine oil (turbine oil), gear oil, engine oil, aviation kerosene, water-based hydraulic oil, phosphate ester oil, etc. Laboratory contamination testing. It can also be installed on various hydraulic transmissions, oil filters, washing machines, and test benches to realize on-line detection of system oil cleanliness. Can be widely used in aerospace, power, petroleum, chemical, transportation, port, metallurgy, machinery, automobile manufacturing and other fields.

- Test principle of photoresistance (shading) method specified by International Hydraulic Standards Committee.
- High-precision laser sensor with wide test range, stable performance, low noise and high resolution.
- High-precision metering pump sampling method, adjustable sampling speed, high sampling volume accuracy.
- The pipeline is made of 316L and PTFE, which can meet the testing of various organic solvents and oil products .
- For laboratory or field measurement, can be built-in pressure reducing device for online high pressure measurement.
- Can be connected to the pressure chamber to form positive / negative pressure to achieve high viscosity sample detection and sample degassing.
- Can use a variety of sampling containers such as standard sampling bottles, sampling cups, or directly connect to the hydraulic system to meet the testing requirements of different industries.
- Built-in multiple calibration curves, compatible with all common standards at home and abroad for calibration.
