Product Introduction:
Chassis&Frames | • Chassis are fabricated by HDG hollow section 100*200MM with thickness 3.5MMT,railer body is also connected with steel frames. |
Exterior walls,Roofing&Insulation | • Exteriors will be covered by Steel Sheet or Fiberglass Panels. Usually this exterior surface will be fiberglass because its self weight is less,strong and also bright. • Between the inside wall decoration and exterior wall, it has 50MM insulation layers.The layer is anti fire and have good sound&heat resistance property |
Interior wall,Ceiling and Flooring. | • Interior wall decoration cab be customized as per above photos.It can be wood,composite panel,cloth or even leather as you like.Price will differ a lot between different material choice. • Ceiling have almost same design with interior wall.The ceiling walls must comply the style with walls or floors. • Floors can be customized. But it mainly have to be Vinly Floor and Stainless steel one. See below photos for checking. |
Electrical System | • Electric system will be different according to buyer request like Air conditioning, Solar System. • Usually solar system can power alll the trailer lighting,water pump ,music system and other meters. • For AC, an additional generator or plug in city power is needed. |
Plumbing&Interior Facilities | • For 4 stations toilet, our fresh water tan can reach 1200L and waste water tank is 2000L..It is equipped with high pressure pump and tanks. • High water pump will be powerd by solar batteries. • Water tanks are optional we have plastic one and stainless steel ones. |
Doors and Steps | • Alll the doors are equipped with self closing system so it can be closed always. • Doors have smart digital sensor to show the toilet is in busy or not. . • Steps will be foldable ones save space in travelling. |
The wheels | • The wheels are in 15 INCH size to sustain long trip travelling. • Rims can be customized as per buyer need. • Wheels can be outside of trailer body acccording to trailer body width needed. |
