Busbars are devices used in power systems for the transmission of electrical energy. They are widely applied in high-rise buildings, large factories, commercial complexes, and rail transit systems, for the conveyance and distribution of high currents. Busbars can connect generators and transformers, and transmit electrical energy to different loads, playing a role in gathering, distributing, and transmitting electrical power.Slot-type busbars are generally designed for three-phase four-wire or five-wire AC systems, suitable for power distribution with rated currents ranging from 100A to 6300A and rated voltages below 690V.

Product Features
High Current Capacity: Busbars use copper or aluminum busbars as conductors. They have a high current density, low resistance, and minimal skin effect, eliminating the need for derating during use.
Low Voltage Drop: High-purity copper conductors provide extremely low resistance. The "Sandwich" structure with a dense design and weak magnetic material aluminum casing minimizes the conductor's reactance.
High Mechanical Strength: The casings of busbars are typically made of high-strength materials such as aluminum-magnesium alloy, offering excellent mechanical strength and dynamic and thermal stability.
Flexible Installation: Busbars can be installed vertically or horizontally, and the installation is simple with a variety of accessories available.
High Protection Level: The protection level can reach IP66, suitable for various harsh environments.
Safety and Reliability: Busbars are fully enclosed to prevent external environments from affecting internal electrical components, ensuring safe operation. Each section of the enclosed busbar is subjected to a 1-minute power frequency dry withstand voltage test before leaving the factory.
Energy Saving and Environmental Protection: The low voltage drop and high current capacity reduce energy loss, saving the user's investment.
