The GCK low-voltage draw-out switchgear is composed of two parts: the Power Center (PC) cabinet and the Motor Control Center (MCC) cabinet. It is suitable for use in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and other power users in AC 50Hz distribution systems with a maximum working voltage of 660V and a maximum working current of 3150A. It is used for the conversion, distribution, and control of electrical energy for power distribution, motor control, and lighting distribution equipment.
The MNS low-voltage draw-out switchgear is a modular, factory-assembled (FBA) type of cabinet that has reached an internationally advanced level of technology.
The MNS low-voltage draw-out switchgear is suitable for use in power plants, substations, petrochemical industries, transportation and energy sectors, light industry and textile industries, metallurgy and steelmaking industries, and in high-rise residential communities. It is used for the conversion, distribution, and control of electrical energy in AC 50Hz-60Hz power systems with a rated working voltage of AC 660V and below.

Normal Service Condition
Temperature range: -5°C to +40°C, the average temperature over a 24-hour period must not exceed +35°C.
Altitude: below 2000m (high-altitude products can be customized).
Humidity: not exceeding 90% (at 20°C), and not exceeding 50% at the highest temperature of +40°C.
The inclination of the equipment during installation with respect to the vertical plane should not exceed 5 degrees; installation should be in a location free of fire, explosion hazards, chemical corrosion, and severe vibrations.
In cases where the user has special requirements, they can negotiate with the manufacturer for a solution.
Structural Feature
The basic structure of the MNS Switchgear cabinet is made of steel plates with mounting holes based on a module of E=25mm. All cabinet frames and inner partition plates are treated with hot-dip galvanizing and passivation. The surrounding door panels and side panels are subjected to high-voltage electrostatic powder coating.
In the composition structure of the MNS switchgear, the Power Center cabinet (PC) can be customized with circuit breakers from the Emax, MT, 3WN, AH, ME series, among others. The Motor Control Center cabinet (MCC), on the other hand, is assembled from drawer-type cabinets of various sizes, with each circuit's main switch using high molecular plastic-enclosed circuit breakers or rotary load switches with fuses.
