Cross Rolling of Molybdenum Foil
- Compared with the single-rolling process, the mechanical properties of the cross-rolling process are superior in the longitudinal and transverse directions than single rolling, and the elongation is improved greatly when the strength is equivalent.
- The vertical and horizontal internal structures are staggered with each other. The grain distribution is more uniform, which can effectively avoid the defects generated when the molybdenum foil is unevenly stressed in all directions, and can further retard the crack propagation of the foil, and finally improve deep stamping performance.
