The working principle of the bag dust collector is that the flue gas passes through the filter material, and the dust particles are filtered down. The coarse-grained dust collected by the filter material mainly depends on inertial collision, and the fine-grained dust collected mainly depends on diffusion and screening.
The quality of bag dust collector is related to many factors, but mainly depends on the filter material. The filter material is cloth or felt woven with synthetic fiber, natural fiber or glass fiber. According to the properties of flue gas, select the filter material suitable for the application conditions. Generally, when the temperature of flue gas is lower than 120 ºC, and the filter material is required to be acid resistant and durable, polyester flannelette or polyester needle felt are often used; In the treatment of high temperature flue gas (< 250 ºC), graphite glass cloth is mainly used; In some special cases, carbon fiber filter material is selected.
