WD600 Pipeline Welding Workstation
Universky (Jiangsu) Technologies Co., Ltd. presents the WD600 Pipeline Welding Workstation, a compact and fully-enclosed unit that combines a diesel power generator and welder in one machine. This workstation is equipped with dual holder and multi-functional features to meet the requirements for oil and gas pipe welding.
Key Features:
- Capable of welding with low-hydrogen electrode, cellulose down-hill welding, flux-cored non-gas-shielded welding, and argon arc welding function
- Compatible with SF120 Flux-cored Wire Feeder, Miller, and Lincoln wire feeders (LN-23P or LN-25P, or 12VS)
- Output of three-phase 50hz 400V 30KW (35Kva) and single-phase 50hz 230V/6.9KW AC
- Weichai 4-cylinder water-cooled 1500rpm industrial diesel engine with electronic speed-control system
- IGBT inverter soft switch and negative feedback control technologies for optimal welding performance
- Equipped with TIG, low hydrogen, cellulose, self-shielded flux-cored arc welding functions
- Dual welder for single or two people operation, outputting 2 x 350A/34V or 30-500A
- Under voltage protection function to ensure safety
