1. The standard fixed length for our CPVC power conduit is 6 meters. Each conduit comes with 3 durable pipe sleepers, maintaining a precise spacing of 2.0 meters between sleepers and ensuring they are positioned 0.5 meters from the joint for optimal support.
2. CPVC power protective casings can be seamlessly installed manually. Ground personnel should efficiently transfer the pipe material to the construction crew at the trench's bottom. Rolling pipes into the groove is strictly prohibited to maintain integrity.
3. For length adjustments of CPVC power protective casings, use reliable mechanical tools to achieve a precise cut. Ensure the cut is perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow for a smooth, flat surface, facilitating a flawless fit.
1. Connect CPVC power protective casings using robust socket or interface connections, designed for secure and lasting performance.
2. Clearly mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with the insertion length indication. After insertion into the socket, verify the accuracy and proper positioning of the insertion indicator to ensure a secure connection.
3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, thoroughly clear any soil or attachments from the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This meticulous preparation facilitates a proper connection and prevents any potential water leakage.
1. Begin trench backfilling immediately after the concealed pipeline project has been accepted. Prompt backfilling prevents damage from prolonged exposure, ensuring the pipeline's longevity.
2. Make sure the area around the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil to provide adequate cushioning and support.
3. Manually fill backfilling soil into the ditch to maintain control and precision; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to avoid any damage to the installation.
4. Ensure the backfill soil quality meets the design-specified density requirements, providing a stable and secure foundation for the pipeline.
