By summarizing over fifty years of experience in the research and development of electric furnace carbon bricks, as well as the technical theories and market application feedback data, we have processed and adjusted some of the main materials and process parameters for producing carbon bricks, resulting in a stable strength of over 38MPa, a decrease in porosity, an increase in flexural strength, and a bulk density of up to 1.54g/cm ³ above, we have launched the third generation of high-strength, pressure resistant, and erosion resistant carbon bricks for large-scale ore heating furnaces. The changes in these indicators have increased the strength, enhanced toughness, and reduced brittleness of carbon bricks. In the application of large ore heating furnace bottoms, there has been a significant improvement in high temperature resistance, thermal stability, pressure resistance, thermal shock resistance, and erosion resistance, ensuring the safe operation of the furnace bottoms.
