Each one is equipped with an independent hydraulic side-standing device, and the hydraulic system is equipped with a lifting safety control system to improve operational safety;

The surface of tilting pallet is treated with a special polishing process, and the smoothness can reach 3.2μm, ensuring that each component has a delicate appearance; Tilting pallet is equipped with a vibration device, equipped with multiple original pneumatic vibrators imported from Italy, with a speed of up to 11000r/min and ultra-high frequency vibration to ensure that each component is dense; Fin-type heating tubes are installed under the mold table, and steam heating is used to shorten the production cycle and improve production efficiency;
4. Multiple mold tables can be assembled and connected to form a production mold table of any length, and tensioning pedestals are installed at both ends to produce prestressed components; Tilting pallet can be turned 80°;

Compared with the existing domestic production line, that of tilting pallet can save nearly 1,200 degrees of electricity every day, and the maintenance cost is extremely low; This pallet production line can also be used as a "nomadic production line".
