The MZF-401 Magnetic Flux Meter is a multifunctional magnetic testing instrument developed using a high-performance microprocessor and state-of-the-art analog chips. It features multiple measurement ranges, clear data display, high precision in test data repeatability, and user-friendly operation. This device allows for direct performance testing of magnetic products, ensuring that inspections are simple, fast, and accurate.
MAIN FEATURES
- Ultra-high precision measurement with a resolution of up to 0.1 μV·s.
- Capable of simultaneously measuring magnetic flux and magnetic moment, and can also be used for measuring magnetic field strength.
- One-button automatic drift adjustment ensures no drift during measurements.
- Test results can be output in seven ranges or in three categories: PASS, REG-HI, and REG-LOW.
- Stores parameters for ten sets of coils (five sets of planar coils and five sets of Helmholtz coils).
- Features a 4.7-inch large LCD display with touchscreen control, capable of showing the most recent 100 test result data.
- Equipped with an SD card interface for real-time recording of measurement results.
