Q1: Where can I get product and price information?
A1: Please send us an inquiry via e-mail. We will respond promptly upon receiving your message.
Q2: How long will it take to receive the sample?
A2: The time frame depends on your specific items but generally ranges from 3 to 7 days.
Q3: What types of information are needed for a quote?
A3: Kindly provide the product drawings in PDF format. Submitting them in STEP or IGS formats is even better.
Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We require a 50% payment deposit. Once the goods are ready, we will send photos or videos for your approval. After that,
you can pay the balance. For small quantities, we accept Paypal (commission added). For large amounts, T/T is preferred.

Q5: How are the goods delivered?
A5: We deliver products via a courier company.
Q6: Are you a trading company or a factory?
A6: We are a factory with direct operations, employing 17 experienced engineers and over 50 employees within an approximate
3,000m² workshop area.
Q7: What should we do if we don't have drawings?
A7: Send your sample to our factory, and we will replicate it to provide better solutions. Alternatively, send us pictures or drafts with
dimensions (Length, Height, Width), and we will create a CAD or 3D file for you.
Q8: Can we get some samples before mass production?
A8: Absolutely, yes.
Q9: Will my drawings be safe after sending them to you?
A9: Yes, we will keep them confidential and will not release them to any third party without your permission.
Q10: Is it possible to monitor the status of my products without visiting your company?
A10: We will provide a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos showing the
machining progress.
Q11: If the goods are of poor quality, will you offer a refund?
A11: We strive to produce high-quality products and won't take risks with poor quality. We ensure manufacturing quality until you are

1. Commercial packaging: Each part is meticulously wrapped in a plastic bag, then placed in a vibrant color box, followed by secure placement in a carton, and ultimately stacked on a sturdy pallet.
2. Industrial packaging: (1). Encased in a durable plastic tube, then housed in a carton and placed on a pallet; (2). Sealed in a plastic bag, enveloped in kraft paper, packed into a carton, and arranged on a pallet.
