Product Description
1. Especially suitable for grinding large nuts. It can be applied to dressing of grinding wheels with complex shapes and adapting to different specifications of steel balls.
2. Double grinding wheels compound grinding technology, one clamping can realise the compound processing of outer circle, end face and inner thread of ball nut;
3. Full closed-loop control system, online automatic measurement, can automatically measure the position of ball nut reverser hole;

This machine tool is used for grinding the internal threads, outer circles and end faces of workpieces.

2. The machine tool features a T-shaped flat bed structure. The bed is made of high-quality inoculated cast iron, which has excellent vibration damping capacity. The X-axis screw guide and Z-axis screw guide are arranged onthe bed. THK ball screws and THK linear guides are adopted, and the Xand Z axes are perpendicular to each other. The bed is fixed on a cast ironbase. The large-inclined-plane cast iron base is used to facilitate chip removal.
3. The machine tool is equipped with a servo-controlled electric spindle as the workpiece spindle, which is fixed on the Z-direction slide. A diamond pen dresser is also fixed on the Z-direction slide. A frequency-controlled internal hole grinding spindle and a frequency-controlled outer circle and end face grinding spindle are fixed on the X-direction slide. The diamond roller spindle is installed on the marble bed, and the dressing amount of the grinding wheel can be automatically compensated.
4. The workpiece spindle is an electric spindle directly driven by a built-in synchronous motor, and a Heidenhain hollow shaft encoder is used on the electric spindle. The workpiece spindle is equipped with a rotary oil cylinder and a hydraulic chuck to automatically clamp the workpiece.
6. The machine tool is equipped with a measuring device to measure the starting position of internal thread grinding.
7. All electric spindles on the machine tool are controlled by constant temperature cooling to ensure that the spindles and motors operate at a constant temperature. Meanwhile, it reduces the thermal deformation of the workpiece, bed and worktable caused by the thermal radiation and heat conduction of various heating devices on the machine tool. Each hydraulic pipeline on the machine tool is equipped with a pressure or flow detection device to ensure the protection of the electric spindles, guides and motors on the machine tool in case of failures of the cooling or pressure devices.
5. The diamond pen dresser can shape the outer circle and end face grinding wheel. The outer circle and end face grinding share one grinding spindle. The diamond roller dresser can shape the internal thread grinding wheel.
6. The machine tool is equipped with a measuring device to measure the starting position of internal thread grinding.
7. All electric spindles on the machine tool are controlled by constant temperature cooling to ensure that the spindles and motors operate at a constant temperature. 9. The machine tool is provided with a fully enclosed protective cover and a manually controlled protective door. An oil mist absorber is used to automatically absorb the oil mist to ensure the air quality in the workshop
