Four.Components and constructions of the machine
1, Frame: Plate welded construction, with good rigidity and stability. Two oil cylinders are fixed on the two upper sides of the machine and drive the blade carrier to move up and down. A secondary blade carrier is on the working table to slightly adjust the lower blade carrier. Also, balls on the working table make the operation much easier.
2, Front and back gauge
The front gauge is fixed on the working table and indicated by a ruler. The movable block can be adjusted to the needed values.
The back gauge is fixed in the lower position of the upper blade carrier. Its adjustment is driven by a motor and then through the reduction box. The numerical display shows this. It can also be adjusted by hand.
3,Hydraulic system: It consists of control valves, an oil pump, an oil cylinder, a pressure cylinder, a return cylinder, and so on.
