Instruction for Modular Container Houses
There are four common container houses on the market, and they are mainly made of steel structure frames and composite panels. In terms of raw materials, they are basically the same, but in terms of overall structure and installation methods, they are quite different. A variety of structures and installation methods can meet the different needs of customers.
Type 1-Quick assembled container house
All materials for this type modular container house are in bulk, after delivery to the construction site, install according to the drawings. Assemble the materials in corresponding positions together like building blocks.
Type 2-Flat packed container houseThe roof and floor systems for this type modular container house have been processed at the factory, integrated roof and floor simplifies assembly steps.
Type 3-Foldable container houseThis type modular container house highly integrated, simple and fast installation, and is portable.Only need to hang the roof and erect the two short sides of the wall and fix it,and then installation work is finished.
Type 4-Expandable container houseIt's with special emphasis on the folding design. The extension design allows the house to have enough space. Simply unfold the sides manually to complete the installation, you can have a comfortable and smart dream house.
Flat packed container size instroductionWithin the capacity of the shipping container, various sizes can be customized according to customer needs.

A panelized modular unit that offers the flexibility to combine units to create an expandable space.
Flat-pack units can be adjoined to create a larger footprint (or) stackable upon themselves.
Design
Interchangeable SIP (structurally-insulated) wall panels. Move windows and man door locations around as desired.
Wall panels are spray-foam insulated, resistance to rot and mold, unlike traditional domestic wooden stick-built units.
Portability
Structurally equivalent to an ISO container - units can be lifted by crane, or offloaded by zoom boom or forklift. (dry weight ~5,000 lb each)
Assembly
Units are designed to be user-friendly. Approximately 8mhrs of assembly time requiring only hand-tools and some overhead lift support.
Modularity
The flat-pack units share the same dimensions as standard 20ft ISO Containers. This creates tremendous modularity: stack building units atop tool-crib containers (or) above pedestrian corridor units on those congested jobsites. A truly vertical solution for your temporary site facilities! Adjoin units together to create a larger complex. These units are the definition of modular!
