Provide long gate, short gate and needle valve structure preform mold preform adopts computer simulation tensile test design to ensure the finished rate of blow molding. Using the world's advanced two-stage double taper positioning technology, each cavity is independently self-locking to ensure concentricity. The mold cavity and core are made of high-quality mirror-surface corrosion-resistant plastic mold steel, which has high hardness and long life. The threaded mouth is manufactured according to international standards, and imported nitriding steel is selected, which has high hardness and long life. The hot runner design is advanced, the nozzle temperature is controlled at a single point, and the heating temperature is uniform, which improves the quality of the preform. The excellent cooling system realizes the high efficiency of water cooling at room temperature and fully automatic production. Cut-free gates ensure fully automatic production of molds and reduce labor costs.

1.Show us your preform design or preform weight, tell us your requirements of mould,
such like mould steel,runner system, cavity number and other requirements.
2.Confirm with us about the price, payment term, delivery time and warranty time etc...
3.Buyer deliver us the original cap and bottle, we make proforma Invoice for proceeding payment
and confirm the drawing.
4.We start making mould after the confirmation of original sample or the drawing.
How do I check the mould?
Welcome to visit us for mould inspection on site, if you don`t have free times,
We provide you the final samples for further checking, at same time we show you the mould test
video with around 4mins.
What is term of serive?
Warranty Time: One year warranty, or 2millions for our PET preform moulds and cap moulds
Service Time: Provide 24hours Pre-consultation and after sale serive.
Technical support: Provide lifelong and free technical support and maintenance services.
Mould repair service:
1. Make new spare parts for replacement, during the warranty time is free.
2. Buyer send old mould to us, we repair it and deliver you back.
