•Lower Cost
We spearheaded the development of a novel pressureless sintering process for SB4C and crafted our own state-of-the-art sintering furnace equipped with refined temperature field control technology. This remarkable innovation amplifies the output of a single furnace tenfold, cuts the sintering cycle by half, and reduces costs by over 60% compared to traditional hot press sintering methods. Our pioneering process has garnered us three distinguished invention patents.
•High Purity
As trailblazers, we invented a nano-boron carbide powder process technology and developed proprietary powder grinding equipment, along with advanced grinding media. This allows us to produce high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, achieving a remarkable purity level of up to 99% with a powder particle size of D50≤150nm. We have been awarded two esteemed invention patents for this achievement.

We operate 7 ceramic powder production lines, 8 multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines.
