BT-302 represents a pioneering advancement in the realm of fast-releasing and slump-retaining mother liquors, meticulously crafted from TPEG through free radical polymerization. We've ingeniously introduced a cutting-edge sustained-release group within the synthesis. Under the alkaline milieu of concrete, the slow-releasing group within this product's molecular architecture unveils its dispersive function in a gradual manner, effectively extending cement dispersion and thus inhibiting concrete slump loss. It features a low water reduction rate, while boasting exceptional slump protection performance.Typically paired with water-reducing mother liquors, it is predominantly employed in high-strength concrete applications demanding superior slump protection. Its versatility spans across pumping concrete, super-flow self-compacting, and high-strength high-performance concrete, as well as commercial concrete for high-speed railways, expressways, and hydro-power and a myriad of large-scale engineering projects.

Usage Guidelines
1. This product is available as a colorless or light yellow liquid. Dosage: Typically, you utilize0-30% of mother liquor with a water-reducing mother liquor, combining it with other minor components to create a water-reducing agent. The dosage generally ranges from 1% to 3% of the total weight of cementing materials.

2.Before deploying this product or altering the type and batch of cement and gravel, it is imperative to conduct adaptability tests with cement and gravel. Tests guide the formulation of the proportion of the water-reducing agent.

3.This product can be used alone (though typically not advised standalone). It can be expertly combined with a water-reducing mother liquor and set retarding mother liquor to effectively reduce the loss of concrete slump. Alternatively, it can be creatively compounded with functional aids to develop admixtures imbued with retarder, early strength, antifreeze, or pumping capabilities. For optimum results, application methods and conditions should be fine-tuned through rigorous testing and advanced compounding techniques.

4.This extraordinary product can be synergistically used with an array of other admixtures, including early strength agents, air-entrainment agents, and retarders. Prior testing is advised before use. Caution: Do not mix with naphthalene series water reducers.

5.Concrete cement and mix ratios should be meticulously determined by thorough testing. During usage, ensure that mixed and measured water is added simultaneously to the concrete mixer. Conduct a preliminary mixing test to guarantee the superior quality of the concrete

6.When active admixtures such as fly ash and slag are present in the concrete mix, ensure that the amount of water-reducing agent is calculated as part of the total cementing materials.

Package and Storage
Packaging options include 200kg drums, 1000kg IBCs, or customized requests to suit specific needs.
Storage recommendations: Maintain in a ventilated, dry warehouse environment between 2-35ºC. Ensure packaging remains intact and sealed. Shelf life extends to one
