•Lower Cost
By leading the development of a groundbreaking pressureless sintering process for SB4C, we designed a state-of-the-art sintering furnace equipped with refined temperature field control technology. This innovation exponentially increases the output of a single furnace, halves the sintering cycle, and slashes costs by over 60% when compared to traditional hot press sintering methods. Our trailblazing process has resulted in three invention patents.
•High Purity
As pioneers in the field, we invented a cutting-edge nano-boron carbide powder process technology and developed exclusive powder grinding equipment utilizing advanced grinding media. This allows us to produce high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, with purity reaching up to 99% and a powder particle size of D50≤150nm. This significant achievement has been recognized with two invention patents.

Our facilities include an array of 7 ceramic powder production lines, 8 multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines.
