Indication:

For sensitive bacteria:

1. Urogenital system infection, including simple and complex urinary tract infection, bacterial prostatitis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae urethritis or cervicitis (including those caused by enzyme producing strains).
2. Respiratory tract infection, including acute attack of bronchial infection caused by sensitive gram-negative bacilli and pulmonary infection.
3. Gastrointestinal infection is caused by Shigella, Salmonella, enterotoxin producing Escherichia coli, Aeromonas hydrophila, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, etc.
4. typhoid fever.
5. Bone and joint infection.
6. Skin and soft tissue infection.
7. Systemic infection such as septicemia.


Usage and dosage:

This product is for intravenous drip.
Before use, dissolve it in 200 ml 0.9% sodium chloride injection or 5% glucose injection. For any patient, the dosage should be determined according to the degree and nature of infection, the sensitivity of pathogenic bacteria, the resistance of the patient and the function of liver and kidney.
In adults, the general dosage is 0.1g-0.2g once, intravenous drip once every 12 hours, and the time of every 0.2g drip is at least more than 30 minutes. The dosage can be increased to 0.4g once, 2-3 times a day in case of severe infection or Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection.
The course of treatment depends on the degree of infection. Generally, the treatment lasts for 7-14 days, and should be continued for at least 2 days after the symptoms of infection disappear. Urinary tract infection: acute simple lower urinary tract infection for 5-7 days; complex urinary tract infection for 7-14 days; pneumonia and skin soft tissue infection for 7-14 days; intestinal infection for 5-7 days; bone and joint infection for 4-6 weeks or longer; typhoid fever for 10-14 days.
