11004-120 is mainly composed of isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ether.
Isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ether has a fixed hydrophilic oleophilic group, which can orient on the surface of bath and obviously decrease the surface tension of bath. That improves the penetrability of bath.
