Q1What shall we do if breakdown occurs?
A: Please informed us once the breakdown occurs. During warranty period, if breakdown occurs, we shall respond in time after receiving the notification of the buyer. We shall handle failure over the telephone/ fax or arrange relevant personnel to the site according to the buyer's requirements.
Q2What about the voltage or the electrical plug issues?
A: We can make 220v/50hz,220v/60hz,110v/60hz machines, thus you don't have to worry about the electricity plug issues in your country. Our main regular markets now have been mainly in US, India, South Africa, Southeastern Asia, Britain, etc.
Q3What is your product quality compare to other suppliers in china?

Q4 What is your payment method?
A:If LCL shipment, we prefer to take full payment, if FCL shipment, we would like to take 30% as deposit and 70% balance against loading.
