1. Roller conveyor shot blasting machine introduction
The roller conveyor shot blasting machine is a pass-through automatic shot blasting equipment. It is mainly used for surface rust cleaning and stress relief of various steel workpieces to enhance the surface adhesion of the coating, improve the fatigue resistance of steel workpieces and extend its service life.The cantilevered centrifugal blast turbines with high blasting speed and large abrasive flow rate are used to significantly improve the cleaning efficiency and obtain satisfactory cleaning quality.

ROLLER CONVEYOR SYSTEM:
- Roller conveyor system including: inlet roller conveyor, blasting chamber roller conveyor, and outlet roller conveyor.
- The workpiece conveying system adopts frequency conversion stepless speed, which can not only run synchronously, but also work independently.
- A roller is first welding and then processing, to ensure the concentricity of the roller.
- The roller conveyor in the chamber is protected by a wear-resistant sheath with high chrome wear-resistant casting iron, which can be replaced simply after wear.
- Compression rollers are installed at multiple positions in the steel conveying system to collect data on the operating status of the steel. These data are sent to the PLC to generate corresponding actions to achieve the purpose of automatic operation
BLASTING CHAMBER
- Shot blasting chamber is composed of the blasting chamber shell, (roller conveyor in chamber), blast turbines, air outlet, counting system and others.
- The blasting chamber is welded with high-quality steel, and it have rolled Mn13 as guard plate to protect, which is install by riveting, which is durable and easy to maintain. The guard plate directly hit by the steel shot is 10mm thickness. Mn13 steel plate has high impact toughness, which can make full use of the reflected kinetic energy of the projectile and continue to effectively hit the surface of the workpiece, which is conducive to improving the cleaning quality and cleaning efficiency .
BLAST TURBINES

- Impellor use high-precision CNC machining center made of a one-time processing, high precision which to ensure high-speed operation of balance, low noise and long service time.
