Scrap Steel Hammer Shredder is a crushing equipment used to treat scrap steel. It is mainly used forcrushing scrap car household appliances and light and thin scrap steel. The crushing material treated by
scrap crusher has high density, high purity and little impurities. When the crushing material is
re-melted into new products by steel mills and other manufacturing enterprises, the unit energy

The whole production line of scrap crusher consists of feeding conveyor, main engine, vibration feeder, dischargingconveyor,magnetic separator, iron conveyor, impurity conveyor, dust collector and PLC control cabinet. The
crushed materials from scrap hammer shredder are separated from non-ferrous and non-ferrous
metals by vibration feeder, belt conveyor and magnetic separation system, and sent out to
stack by their respective conveyors. Non-ferrous metals and non-metallic materials in the
conveyor will be searched by magnetic separation equipment again, and free iron metals will be
sorted out, so as to improve the recovery rate of iron metals. At the same time, non-ferrous
metals can be sorted by eddy current separator, which can improve the recovery efficiency.
The whole broken line is controlled by PLC, which can realize computer control and manual
operation.
The main equipment of scrap crushing line includes chain plate feeder, scrap crusher main machine, hydraulic
feeder, vibration feeder, belt feeder, upper suction magnetic separator, discharging conveyor, iron remover, rotary
conveyor, etc.
