The products dramatically lower the threshold and manfacturing cost of polyurea grease . Use instructions
The products are hygroscopic,thry are suggested to be sealed while storing. The products tend to form lumps after long term storage,but they do not affect application,but the lump should be smashed before use. The products contain some small particulate,which are easy to float,keep the workplace ventilated and pay attention to operators' safety to prevent human inhale and dust-explosion duet to the dust accumulation. Recommended Dosage
Direction for use of DPU-AS pre-formed thickener:
- Metered oil and DPU-AS are fed into kettle,heating while blending.
- Blending while holding the temperature at 170oC for 3-4 hours
- Cooling initiates,add additives ,shearing the grease by threee roll mill or high pressure homogenizer,high pressure homogenizer pressure is recommended at no les than 40 Mpa
Direction for use of DPU-B pre-formed thickener:
- Metered oil and DPU-B are fed into kettle,heating while blending.
- Blending while holding the temperature at 140oC for 3-4 hours
- Cooling initiates,add additives ,shearing the grease by threee roll mill or high pressure homogenizer,high pressure homogenizer pressure is recommended at no les than 40 Mpa

- Metered oil and DPU-C are fed into kettle,heating while blending.
- Blending while holding the temperature at 160oC for 3-4 hours
- Cooling initiates,add additives ,shearing the grease by threee roll mill or high pressure homogenizer,high pressure homogenizer pressure is recommended at no les than 40 Mpa
